CPMS (Ethiopia) is a small firm which limits its activities to the management of projects, preferably from conception through to completion and the final handover of project deliverables. CPMS does not directly provide architectural, structural, mechanical nor electrical designs for buildings/projects; nor does it involve itself in the maintenance and functioning of buildings/projects past final completion.

By dedicating itself to the management only of projects and by coordinating the activities of a number of known, or client-selected, associates, CPMS maintains its independence and integrity over the whole process. Notwithstanding, CPMS has built informal links with proven partners and associates over a number of years.
