Consequently, in the Ethiopian context we are not cheap! However, our underlying philosophy on fees is simple; "if your brother-in-law can do it cheaper", then please ask him to do it! That said, the local economy does provide significant savings when compared to international equivalent markets and CPMS encourages the use of locally-based professional associates to take advantage of high quality outputs at very reasonable prices.

Savings made in this way are passed on to the client. Fee packages are usually presented in a very simple format. In general, the management fee is quoted separately from all sums paid directly to sub consultants and associates. However, fully broken down fee scales can be made available to the client and negotiated on an individual basis according to a client's particular requirements. In all cases, we aim to please, giving the best possible value for money and complete satisfaction.
