Works for the British Council new building inside the British Embassy premises commenced in late 2007. The contract was officially signed off between the client British Council and the winner ELMI Construction PLC on Monday 15 October 2007. Construction commeneced on 17 October 2007 and was completed in April 2009.

Agreement with Farm Africa/SOS

CPMS successfully managed the construction of a FARM AFRICA/SOS Sahel building in Bale Robe. A CPMS resident engineer with the help of a project manager based in Addis Ababa supervised the project. The project was completed in June 2008.

Official Opening of the new DFID Building

The new DFID (Department for International Development, of the UK government) building in Addis Ababa was officially opened in November 2006. This major construction project was successfully managed by CPMS (Ethiopia).
